 The Walleye is a part of  of the yellow perch family. Closest relative to the walleye is the Zander. Walleye can be found in most Otter tail County lakes and rivers. 

The walleye is known for its olive and gold color with there white-tipped tail. Ottertail lake is known as one of the top fisheries in Minnesota.
